Health Insurance:
Health insurance is available to all full time employees. Our current package includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Dental Insurance:
Dental insurance is available to all full time employees. There are two plans.
Vision Insurance:
Vision insurance is available to all full time employees.
Life Insurance:
Life insurance (equal to annual salary) is provided to all full time employees at no cost to the employee.
Short-Term Disability Insurance:
Short-term disability insurance is provided at no cost to full-time employees who have been employed with the Agency at fulltime status for at least 365 days.
Long-Term Disability Insurance:
Long-term disability insurance is provided to all full time employees at no cost to the employee.
Retirement Account:
After one full year of employment as a full time employee, the agency invests an amount equal to 5% of the employee’s salary to the retirement account. The employee determines how the contribution is invested. This is a non-contributory account – the employee cannot contribute to this account. Agency contributions of 5% are made to part-time employees after they have completed 1,000 hours of service in a 12-month period.
TDA (Tax Deferred Annuities) and FPA (Flexible Premium Annuities):
Both plans are available to employees at any time through payroll deductions with Mutual of America or Minnesota Mutual Life. Employees determine amounts to be withheld and contributed to either account.
Employee Assistance Program:
All employees and their immediate family members are entitled to four (4) free counseling sessions per family per year. Counseling sessions are kept strictly confidential.
Tuition Reimbursement Program:
In an effort to encourage and support staff development and individual educational goals, FCC, Inc. provides educational assistance to full-time employees who meet certain eligibility criteria.
Sick Days:
All full time employees accrue sick days at the rate of one (1) per month and may be accrued to a maximum of 120 days.
Personal Leave Days:
All full time employees are eligible for 24 hours of personal time each calendar year. Employees starting after January 1st of any year receive personal hours on a pro-rated basis.
Vacation Days:
Vacation time, for full time employees, is based on the rate set forth for each job classification and begins to accrue with the first month of employment.
